As a local community bank, our roots go deep into the county. The bank was formed in Dundee, KY in 1922 with the first annual report reflecting assets of $52,040.97.

Obvious changes over the years include our name, facilities and personnel. We’re proud that local friends and neighbors still comprise our stockholders and staff. Our customers have entrusted us with assets now totaling over $90 million, which are reinvested in ways that recycle and create prosperity in the community. A new home or home improvement loan leads to jobs for builders, electricians, suppliers, plumbers and landscapers. Deposits reinvested in new and expanded business loans create jobs and payroll that flow back into everyday needs such as housing, transportation, utilities, schools and libraries.
